Students
agree to attend classes as
scheduled, to be on time,
to commit to practice
outside of class, to
complete homework
assignments, to devote the
necessary time and energy
to successfully complete
the program |
| Attendance |
We
strive to insure classes
begin and end on time.
Please arrive promptly at
the agreed upon time.
A late arrival will cut
into your valuable class
time and may adversely
affect your learning
experience. An
excessively early arrival
may disturb an earlier
student's lesson.
A courtesy call is
expected if you are
running more than 5-10
minutes late. |
| Payments |
Payment
in full at the time of
sign-up is preferred.
If you need to make other
arrangements please let us
know in advance and we
will strive to accommodate
you with a custom-tailored
payment option. |
| Rescheduling
Policy |
| Our
rescheduling
policy is quite
generous --
geared to
accommodate the
lifestyle of the
busy
professional. |
| Appropriate
notice (24 hours
or greater) is
required to
reschedule any
class. |
| With
appropriate
advance notice,
we will allow up
to 4 rescheduled
class hours per
16-hour program. |
| Classes
unattended with
insufficient or
no notice will
be considered
cancelled. |
| Cancelled
classes are
charged and will
not be
rescheduled. |
| Make-up
times for
rescheduled
classes are
subject to
current
availability and
will be reset to
a mutually
convenient time
and date. |
| Once
set, make-up
classes may not
be rescheduled. |

| Invoices/Receipts |
Upon
request, we will be happy
to provide any invoices or
receipts you may need for
your records. |
| Certificates |
At
your request, we will
provide you with a
Certificate of Completion
upon conclusion of the
program and successful
fulfillment of course
requirements. |
| Refunds |
Tuition
is non-refundable.
Should extenuating
circumstances make a
postponement necessary,
student may elect to have
tuition held as a credit
and later applied to
future classes.
Unused tuition credits are
valid for a period of one
year from date of
postponement. |
